About the Role

You will run the workforce housing program for construction sites from end to end. You will forecast capacity, lead site selection, establish hospitality standards, manage facilities and vendors, oversee site coordinators, build financial models and budgets, launch new housing hubs, and create repeatable operational playbooks and reporting processes.

Requirements

  • Experience operating complex, multi-stakeholder programs, ideally in construction, energy, hospitality, remote facilities, or large-scale logistics
  • Experience building processes from scratch, including SOPs, playbooks, reporting rhythms, and decision rights
  • Commercial and financial fluency with ownership of models, budgets, and vendor negotiations
  • Judgment on quality and service standards
  • Ability to communicate credibly with executives and solve problems onsite
  • Experience leading and mentoring field or site-based teams
  • Based in Dallas
  • Willingness to travel to sites as needed

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Workforce Hub operations and on-site living standards
  • Evaluate vendors and monitor budgets, facility SLAs, and resident-experience KPIs
  • Define and enforce a program code of conduct
  • Manage Workforce Housing Site Coordinators
  • Set standards and resolve on-site issues
  • Translate project labor curves into phased bed-delivery plans
  • Identify capacity, cost, and lead-time gaps
  • Partner with construction and real estate on housing demand
  • Evaluate potential site locations and lead assessments
  • Navigate preliminary land-use requirements
  • Partner with Procurement on RFPs, vendor selection, and contract negotiation
  • Build and maintain cashflow models
  • Reconcile estimates against actuals and flag variances
  • Track program spend against budget
  • Stand up new Workforce Hubs
  • Build playbooks and SOPs
  • Measure and report resident-experience quality
