About the Role
You will lead delivery of systems that support financial management, risk oversight, and regulatory reporting. You will coordinate with Finance, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders and third-party integration partners to implement and maintain integrated, auditable solutions. You will ensure data quality and lineage across reporting systems, oversee vendors and integrations, monitor compliance and governance, manage project budgets, and drive continuous improvement in delivery practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years managing technology programs or large projects within financial services
- Experience with financial control risk management or regulatory reporting domains
- Demonstrated success coordinating multi-vendor or SaaS-based implementations
- Strong command of integration and configuration management
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into executable delivery plans
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience with budget planning variance tracking and post-implementation review
- Familiarity with Agile and hybrid project methodologies and judgment to tailor them
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of finance risk and regulatory systems

- Monitor compliance and governance and adhere to PMO standards
- Manage project budgets and validate post-project results
- Maintain awareness of emerging technologies regulatory requirements and operational risks
- Partner across teams to improve departmental effectiveness
- Contribute process and product improvement ideas
- Perform related duties as needed
