About the Role

You will lead end-to-end delivery for complex client implementations, acting as the primary delivery lead and point of contact for senior stakeholders. You will translate client requirements into implementation plans, define data workflows and integrations, review solution configurations, track and resolve delivery risks and issues, and coordinate technical and stakeholder workstreams to ensure timely, accurate implementations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years delivering complex technology or data-driven solutions in capital markets financial services or digital assets
  • Prior experience in professional services consulting or enterprise SaaS delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders
  • Professional fluency in spoken and written Mandarin
  • Strong client-facing presence and stakeholder management
  • Clear structured communication and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Working familiarity with data integrations and implementation patterns including API file-based feeds streaming and batch workflows
  • General understanding of capital markets or trading system workflows such as order lifecycle execution and post-trade processing
  • Ability to collaborate with technical teams and review delivery outputs
  • Familiarity with SQL-based analysis and data validation (nice to have)
  • Exposure to trade surveillance transaction monitoring or compliance technology (nice to have)
  • Experience coordinating delivery across cloud-based or data-platform environments (nice to have)

  • Set expectations and maintain proactive client communication
  • Translate client requirements into clear implementation plans
  • Define and oversee data workflows and integration approaches
  • Review solution configurations and outputs for client acceptance
  • Contribute to client-facing documentation and readouts
  • Partner with engagement managers and delivery leads to execute programs
  • Track and manage delivery risks and escalate issues
  • Facilitate root-cause discussions and remediation across teams
