About the Role
You will run operating rhythms for major communications campaigns, including planning, prioritization, reporting, and retrospectives. You will create clear workstreams and decision points, surface risks and tradeoffs, align cross-functional stakeholders, resolve operational bottlenecks, and improve playbooks and crisis-response processes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of program management, communications operations, or related experience
- Communications operations knowledge

Responsibilities
- Run planning, prioritization, status reporting, and retrospectives for major campaigns
- Create clear workstreams, ownership, timelines, and decision points

- Anticipate and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Design and improve operating frameworks, playbooks, crisis protocols, escalation paths, and coordination models
