About the Role
You will lead end-to-end technical programs for public-sector and defense customers, from deployment through production scaling. You will translate security, compliance, data-sovereignty, and accessibility requirements into engineering plans; manage schedules, dependencies, risks, procurement obligations, and governance checkpoints; and coordinate delivery across technical teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years of customer-facing technical or engineering program management experience
- Executive communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience with government, defense, or heavily regulated customers
- Experience managing complex technical programs with compliance requirements
- Understanding of cloud, on-premises, hybrid, and air-gapped deployment architectures
- Working knowledge of LLMs, agentic systems, MCP, RAG, fine-tuning, evaluations, and responsible AI
- Ability to discuss API integrations, model inference, data pipelines, and ML operations
- French citizenship, residence in France, and French fluency
- Eligibility for French government security clearance
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical program delivery for public-sector and defense customers
- Serve as the primary technical program contact for customers
- Translate security, compliance, accessibility, bilingualism, and data-sovereignty requirements into engineering plans
- Navigate procurement processes, RFP responses, and contractual technical obligations
- Communicate technical roadmaps and status updates to senior stakeholders
- Create and manage project schedules, dependencies, risks, and approvals
- Coordinate model customization, security hardening, system integration, and bilingual support
- Ensure AI solutions meet security, privacy, accessibility, and performance standards
- Resolve technical challenges in air-gapped, on-premises, and regulated environments
