About the Role
You will serve as a technical expert for enterprise customers in the APAC region. You will troubleshoot critical issues lead root cause investigations improve escalation workflows with code and tooling and create internal and public technical documentation. You will work on an APAC shift starting at 5:00 PM EST.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in technical escalation or support engineering
- Expertise troubleshooting complex distributed systems and APIs
- Proficiency with SQL Kubernetes and Grafana
- Experience driving process improvements and SLA performance
- Superior communication of complex technical findings
- Ability to build relationships with enterprise-level technical partners
- Understanding of FinTech concepts API-driven financial platforms and ITIL concepts
- Availability for an APAC shift starting at 5:00 PM EST
- Eligibility to work without sponsorship
- Experience with GCP Golang Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Experience developing internal support automation tools
- Experience contributing to public technical documentation
- Experience tuning Postgres databases
- Online securities trading experience
Responsibilities
- Lead complex L2 escalations for enterprise customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical technical issues
- Investigate recurring issues and drive root cause resolution
- Improve escalation workflows through code tooling and training
- Create and maintain knowledge bases runbooks and troubleshooting guides
- Contribute to public technical documentation
