About the Role
Lead technical decision-making across multiple development teams, define and drive overall architecture, conduct technical reviews, standardize engineering practices, improve development processes and quality control, and coordinate technology selection across multiple stacks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of web or software product development experience including team lead experience
- Practical experience in technology selection and architecture design
- Experience leading cross-team technical coordination and decision-making
- Experience establishing technical review and quality management practices
- Experience understanding multiple languages and technology stacks and leading technology selection
- Business-level Japanese proficiency
Responsibilities
- Lead technology selection and overall architecture design
- Lead cross-team coordination and technical consensus building
- Conduct technical reviews of design and implementation
- Promote cross-cutting technical standards and best practices
