About the Role
You will lead the full programme lifecycle for humanoid robot fleet solutions, from planning and design through prototyping, testing, manufacturing, launch, deployment, version updates, and obsolescence. You will coordinate cross-functional delivery, manage budgets and risks, maintain programme plans and reporting, and integrate technical workstreams into the overall schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related technical discipline
- 7+ years of programme or project management experience in technology or product development
- Formal project management qualification such as PMP or PRINCE2
- Experience delivering complex multidisciplinary hardware or software product development programmes
- Experience managing cross-functional teams
- Communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing programme budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting
- Experience partnering with technical or engineering leads on complex hardware programmes
- Technical fluency in actuators, controls, sensors, and robotics safety standards
Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle programme management of humanoid robot fleet solution development and deployment
- Coordinate Product, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Marketing, Business Development, and Finance
- Develop and maintain programme plans, risk registers, dependency maps, and stage gates
- Establish governance, reporting, and communication processes
- Identify and mitigate programme risks and issues
- Support scope, prioritisation, and trade-off decisions
- Facilitate cross-functional decision-making to unblock delivery issues
- Own programme budget planning, tracking, forecasting, change control, and reporting
- Integrate engineering technical plans and test campaigns into the overall programme schedule
- Manage commercial, budget, and schedule aspects of critical subsystem supplier relationships
