About the Role
You will design and document scalable operational processes, translate field feedback into product requirements, and validate feature deployments. You will define operational KPIs, monitor field performance, communicate risks and progress, and coordinate adoption across functions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product operations, technical program management, or a similar role
- Ability to use data to drive process improvements and product decisions
- Experience with Kibana or Elastic
- Experience working across engineering, field operations, and product teams
- Willingness to work full-time in the Mountain View office
- Technical aptitude
- Ability to use generative AI tools for workflows and stakeholder communication
Responsibilities
- Design and document processes that support operational scalability
- Manage the feedback loop between Field Operations and Product and Engineering
- Translate operational needs into product and engineering requirements
- Test, validate, and deploy product features
- Coordinate feature adoption across functions
- Define operational KPIs and monitor field performance
- Communicate operational progress, risks, and mitigation plans
- Improve product deployment and operational workflows
