About the Role
You will build and lead the operating infrastructure needed to bring products to market, scale them globally, and support them throughout their lifecycle. You will own supply chain deliverables for product certification, market readiness, sales and operations planning, RMA, and customer operations. You will establish scalable processes, systems, KPIs, dashboards, governance, decision rights, and operating mechanisms. You will lead cross-functional execution with Sales, Product, Engineering, Quality, Finance, manufacturing partners, test labs, regulatory bodies, and customer teams.

- Drive global product certification and market-readiness processes
- Own and mature the Sales and Operations Planning process
- Build and own the global RMA and customer operations model
- Establish scalable processes, systems, KPIs, dashboards, and governance
- Lead cross-functional execution and retain ownership of Supply Chain deliverables
