About the Role
You will improve the operating systems that help customers set up Ramp and reach self-serve spending. You will turn customer signals into root causes, prioritized fixes, customer communications, and measurable friction reductions while supporting onboarding operations, launch readiness, process improvement, AI-enabled analysis, and workflow improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years in product operations, product management, program management, consulting, customer success, account management, or a customer-facing analytical role
- Experience using data to size opportunities and diagnose root causes
- Experience analyzing support trends and measuring customer friction
- Understanding of onboarding, setup, access, identity, or spend-management friction
- Ability to translate qualitative feedback into requirements and action plans
- Ability to work in ambiguous and technically complex areas
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills
- Experience using AI tools for analysis, workflow automation, enablement, or product improvements
Responsibilities
- Support product onboarding through program management, customer testing, launch readiness, change management, and iteration
- Translate customer feedback into requirements, operating plans, and improvements
- Identify issues across login, invites, provisioning, multi-entity setup, policies, cards, and first spend
- Build operating cadences for cross-team alignment and release readiness
- Improve customer communication and accountability
- Use AI to automate processes and improve analysis
- Ship product or workflow improvements that reduce customer friction
