About the Role
You will manage business operations for digital asset trading and financing services. You will oversee trade and settlement workflows, support trading and financing enquiries, improve processes, coordinate testing, produce stakeholder reporting, onboard counterparties, identify operational risks, maintain controls and procedures, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and manage relationships with clients and service providers.
Requirements
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to interact effectively with others in a pleasant, professional manner
- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand asset flows and procedures
- Previous middle- or back-office experience in financial services
- Experience in trading, stock loan, or FX is a plus
- Experience managing and interacting with clients is a plus
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Hands-on Excel or Google Sheets experience
- Macro programming exposure is a plus
- Interest in financial services and cryptocurrency
- Professional or personal crypto experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Manage trade and settlement workflows, including trade entry, asset transfers, reporting, and reconciliation
- Maintain optimal funding across trading venues with the Prime business team
- Provide first-line support for trading and financing operations enquiries
- Lead process improvements and recommend automation
- Support testing for proprietary system enhancements
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports for stakeholders
- Assist with onboarding new counterparties
- Identify operational risks and introduce operational controls
- Document policies and procedures
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve products and services
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, exchanges, liquidity providers, and third-party providers
- Monitor market trends, opportunities, risks, and new projects
