About the Role

You will oversee Amsterdam and European procurement operations, stabilize req-to-pay processes, improve procurement data quality, embed AI and automation, create reporting and dashboards, manage stakeholders, and support supplier enablement across Coupa and related systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in operations, business, supply chain, finance, or a related field
  • 3-7 years of experience in operations, with a focus on procurement, supply chain, finance, or consulting
  • Experience building or improving processes across regions
  • Hands-on experience building or deploying AI-powered agents, prompts, or automated solutions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proactive problem-solving ability
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced technical environment
  • Experience with Coupa, Databricks, Claude Code, Cursor, N8N, Tableau, or PowerBI

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the global Req-to-Pay program
  • Lead or co-lead process improvement and automation initiatives
  • Embed AI into procurement workflows
  • Build local AI prototypes and support global scaling
  • Own operational oversight of the Amsterdam and European req-to-pay landscape
  • Manage purchase orders, requisitions, approvals, invoice reconciliation, and exceptions
  • Drive stakeholder adoption of new procurement processes
  • Improve procurement data quality across Coupa and downstream systems
  • Build spend reports, dashboards, and insights
  • Support supplier onboarding, invoicing adoption, catalog enablement, and purchase-to-pay issue resolution
