About the Role
You will embed with a product team to manage launch readiness, early-access programs, model launches, customer feedback, planning, reviews, and cross-functional operating processes. You will build Claude-powered triage tools, dashboards, skills, and agents; improve shared operational systems; and contribute reusable launch and feedback patterns.
Requirements
- Experience owning operational programs end to end
- Experience building and scaling processes
- Experience working with product leadership
- Experience building LLM-powered workflows and prompts
- Experience managing evaluations, refining system prompts, and adapting harnesses to new models
- Experience working with cloud providers in partnership or GTM roles
- Commitment to safe AI deployment
- Experience with AI safety and safeguards
- Product management, technical program management, chief of staff, or strategy and operations experience
Responsibilities
- Own launch readiness and the launch calendar
- Manage go/no-go reviews and required sign-offs
- Run early-access and beta programs
- Program manage model launches, testing, evaluation coverage, issue triage, prompting changes, and retrospectives
- Rank and map user feedback to the roadmap
- Identify blocked customers and cohorts
- Run planning, reviews, goal tracking, and offsites
- Coordinate work with legal, safeguards, security, GTM, and product teams
- Build Claude-powered triage tools, dashboards, skills, and agents
- Contribute reusable operational patterns
