About the Role

You will establish and evolve the operating backbone for Product. You will create planning, review, and execution cadences; manage roadmaps and tracking artifacts with Engineering; improve visibility into priorities and decisions; build customer-feedback loops; and identify and implement AI and agentic workflows. Over time, you will support PM onboarding, enablement, and Product events.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in Product Operations, Technical Program Management, or a similar role in a fast-moving product-led organization
  • Experience standing up or significantly scaling a product operating model

Responsibilities

  • Learn how Product plans and ships, identify high-leverage gaps, and propose a lightweight operating model
  • Establish planning cycles, product reviews, roadmap and execution tracking, and the PM tool stack
  • Own and evolve product roadmaps, planning artifacts, and execution tracking with Engineering
  • Design and run lightweight planning, review, and execution cadences
  • Improve visibility into priorities, progress, and decisions across Product
  • Identify and implement automation, AI, and agentic workflows for product work
  • Build systems to capture and share high-quality product work and decisions
  • Build structured customer and ecosystem feedback loops and synthesize insights into roadmap inputs
  • Own PM onboarding and enablement over time
  • Partner with Product leadership on Product All Hands, summits, and onsites
