You will support planning and OKRs, coordinate roadmaps and reporting, operate product communications and intake processes, maintain documentation, and prepare leadership materials and operating reviews.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in product operations, product management, program management, technology operations, consulting, or business management.
• Experience supporting planning, OKRs, roadmap management, reporting, or cross-functional delivery in a technology organization.
• Strong communication skills for clear summaries and leadership materials.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of platform technology and large-scale engineering execution.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, OKRs, roadmaps, and execution plans.
• Coordinate alignment across engineering, product, and partner teams.
• Manage intake, milestones, readiness reviews, reporting, and follow-up.
• Build dashboards and leadership-ready progress reporting.
• Own recurring product communications and roadmap updates.
• Maintain the central product hub and its content.
• Improve intake workflows and governance navigation.
• Prepare agendas, readouts, decision logs, and action tracking.
• Identify automation opportunities that reduce manual coordination.
