About the Role

You will own positioning and messaging for Chorus, govern product launches, develop competitive and market intelligence, and maintain seller battlecards. You will lead product-launch campaigns and coordinate with sales enablement, communications, growth, events, and product stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of B2B product marketing experience
  • Experience marketing technical infrastructure or platforms
  • Product positioning and messaging experience
  • Launch governance experience
  • Competitive and market intelligence experience
  • Battlecard development experience
  • Experience leading product-associated campaigns
  • Cross-functional coordination skills

Responsibilities

  • Own product- and suite-level positioning and messaging for Chorus
  • Govern launches across the product roadmap and train the field before releases
  • Build competitive and market intelligence from sales, account management, CRM, and call recordings
  • Maintain and refresh sales battlecards
  • Lead campaigns for product launches and platform milestones
  • Coordinate with Sales Enablement, Comms, Growth, and Events
  • Support additional product areas and care settings as the platform grows
