About the Role

You will define and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategy for prediction markets and trading, shape roadmap priorities with product leads, and lead product and feature launches. You will drive lifecycle marketing to boost awareness, activation, and repeat usage; collaborate with growth and analytics to remove friction; and run education, community, and influencer programs to build user confidence.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in prediction markets, sports betting, gambling, or sports tech
• Proven success leading complex product launches and lifecycle programs with measurable results
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to simplify complex products into clear narratives
• Analytical and experiment minded, comfortable using data to inform decisions
• Excellent cross-functional communication, influence, and project leadership
• Genuine curiosity about or experience with web3, DeFi, or onchain user behavior
• Willingness to undergo employment, education, and criminal background checks

Responsibilities

• Define and execute end-to-end GTM strategy for Prediction Markets and Trading
• Partner with Product Leads to shape roadmap priorities
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to Product and Growth
• Influence long-term product strategy and monetization through segmentation, market research, and competitive intelligence
• Lead product and feature launches with tailored narratives
• Drive lifecycle marketing initiatives to increase awareness, activation, and repeat usage
• Collaborate with Growth and Analytics to identify friction points and translate insights into improvement programs
• Ensure rigorous testing, measurement, and iteration across programs
• Lead or support education, community, and influencer programs
• Ensure consistent storytelling across communications and campaigns
