About Sylq
Sylq is a payments company registered in Paris, France (RCS Paris), operating through subsidiaries including Qori Merchant Services SAS (crypto payment services) and Firepay Merchant Services (Pay by Bank / open banking services). Its flagship 'Pay by Crypto' product, previously branded Qori, allows merchants to accept a wide variety of cryptocurrencies via QR code at the point of sale or through payment links, with transaction amounts frozen briefly to manage volatility, and settles funds to merchants' bank accounts in fiat currency the next day. The company positions itself as an all-in-one payment solution, combining crypto payments with open banking (account information and payment initiation services regulated under PSD2) and card payments to give merchants flexible customer payment options. Sylq works with third-party partners such as Yapily and Bridge (payment initiation service providers) and Coingate (crypto exchange). Its clients are merchants across sectors, with case studies highlighting luxury retail, sneaker resale, and hospitality/nightlife businesses accepting high-value crypto transactions.
