About the Role
You will manage the lifecycle and roadmap of a strategic cloud storage portfolio. You will bring customer needs into discovery, lead proofs of concept, support go-to-market work, use analytics for decisions, maintain customer relationships, and coordinate technical and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5 years of professional experience
- At least 2 years of product management, product ownership, or technical project management experience
- Experience managing complex software or hardware products
- Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects or cloud IaaS ecosystems
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Metabase, and n8n
- Knowledge of cloud storage and hardware lifecycle management
Responsibilities
- Define, structure, and manage the product roadmap
- Represent the voice of the customer during discovery and design
- Orchestrate proofs of concept with R&D and engineering
- Contribute to the go-to-market strategy
- Maintain customer relationships through community channels, meetings, and RFQ responses
- Use Metabase and n8n for data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, finance, sales, and supply teams
- Transform customer requirements into technical cloud solutions
