About the Role
You will work closely with engineers and product designers to develop new features and improve existing banking services with a user-first approach. You will translate business requirements into detailed product specifications, define the product vision and roadmap, design intuitive user flows with designers, and align technical specifications and delivery with engineers. After joining, you are expected to be seconded to PayPay Bank for this project.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience planning smartphone applications or working as a product manager for mobile applications or web services.
- Ability to read API and external specification documents and define detailed, accurate requirements.
- English proficiency sufficient for email and internal chat communication.
Responsibilities
- Define necessary product features based on business requirements and translate them into detailed product specifications.
- Define the product vision and create a long-term development roadmap.
- Design intuitive user experiences and screen flows with product designers.
- Collaborate with engineers to determine technical specifications and drive product development.
- Develop new features and improve existing features with a user-first approach.
