About the Role

Own the product vision, strategy, and delivery for BVNK's Reporting & Customer Reconciliation subdomain. Partner with engineering, design, finance, operations, commercial teams, and enterprise customers to build reporting and reconciliation capabilities that improve financial transparency, automate close processes, and support internal and regulatory reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Deep understanding of financial data, reporting, double-entry bookkeeping, ledger postings, balance snapshots, and fee structures.
• Experience building internal and customer-facing data products such as reporting APIs, dashboards, data exports, or reconciliation tools.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering, finance, operations, compliance, and commercial teams.
• Data-driven decision-making using quantitative and qualitative data.
• Technical fluency in API design, data models, event-driven architectures, database schemas, and BI or data warehousing tools such as Snowflake or QuickSight.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across time zones in an asynchronous-first culture using Slack, Confluence, and Jira.
• Experience with regulated financial services, B2B payments, stablecoin infrastructure, reconciliation platforms, multi-tenant architectures, Kafka, or self-serve billing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for Reporting & Customer Reconciliation.
• Define requirements for transaction report fee breakdowns across reports and APIs.
• Build customer-facing reconciliation endpoints and reporting surfaces.
• Improve internal financial reporting with standardized reports and automated data pipelines.
• Collaborate across Billing & Fees, Wallets, Balances, Digital Assets, Treasury, and Reconciliation domains.
• Define reporting for multi-entity and regulatory requirements.
• Own stakeholder relationships with commercial, finance, operations, and enterprise customers.
• Define and track KPIs for reporting accuracy, adoption, manual reconciliation reduction, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in architecture reviews and technical design submissions.
• Run beta programs with select customers and internal teams.
