About the Role

You will own the product vision, strategy, and delivery for the Reporting & Customer Reconciliation subdomain within the Ledger domain. You'll work closely with engineering, design, finance, operations, and commercial teams to define how customers and internal teams see, understand, and trust their financial data. You'll define and deliver product capabilities that give customers full transparency, enabling them to reconcile invoices, audit charges programmatically, and automate close processes, while building internal reporting foundations that Finance, Reconciliation, and Operations depend on to scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments, or financial services
• Deep understanding of financial data and reporting including double-entry bookkeeping, ledger postings, balance snapshots, and fee structures
• Experience building internal and customer-facing data products such as reporting APIs, dashboards, data exports, or reconciliation tools
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with engineering, finance, operations, compliance, and commercial teams
• Data-driven decision making using quantitative and qualitative data
• Technical fluency to engage with engineers on API design, data models, event-driven architectures, and database schemas, comfortable with Snowflake, QuickSight, or similar BI tools
• Experience in a fast-paced, scaling environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Remote-first mindset working across time zones using Slack, Confluence, and Jira

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for Reporting & Customer Reconciliation
• Drive transaction report fee breakdowns by defining requirements with engineering
• Build the customer reconciliation product with customer-facing reconciliation endpoints and reporting surfaces
• Improve internal financial reporting by partnering with Finance, Reconciliation, and Operations
• Collaborate across domains including Billing & Fees, Wallets, Balances, Digital Assets, Treasury, and Reconciliation
• Define reporting for multi-entity and regulatory requirements
• Own stakeholder relationships as the primary product contact for Reporting & Customer Reconciliation
• Measure and iterate by defining and tracking KPIs for reporting accuracy and adoption
• Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Participate in architecture reviews and technical design submissions
• Run beta programmes with select customers and internal teams
