About the Role
You will own the Hermes Enterprise roadmap and packaging across managed and customer-controlled offerings. You will define enterprise foundations such as fleet deployment, identity provisioning, workspace isolation, audit, administration, and telemetry. You will run customer deployments, turn findings into specifications and acceptance criteria, create deployment playbooks, work with marketplace partners, and use product metrics to prioritize work.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, including shipping B2B products to large enterprise customers
- Experience owning enterprise foundations such as SSO, SCIM, role-based access, audit logs, admin consoles, or usage analytics
- Experience with customer-cloud, on-premises, or single-tenant SaaS deployments
- Technical fluency with LLMs and AI agents
- Experience translating ambiguous customer requirements into prioritized plans
- Excellent written communication
- Fluency with Jira or similar tracking tools
Responsibilities
- Own the Hermes Enterprise roadmap and packaging
- Define and ship enterprise deployment, identity, administration, and telemetry foundations
- Own the workforce administration experience
- Develop spend intelligence and collective-wisdom product capabilities
- Define agent access across CLI, desktop, Slack, and Microsoft Teams
- Run design-partner deployments and turn learnings into specifications and acceptance criteria
- Write deployment playbooks
- Work with cloud and marketplace partners on packaging, procurement, and deployment
- Define enterprise-value metrics and use them to set priorities
- Manage the roadmap in Jira and communicate status to executives
- Collaborate with Engineering, Research, Design, Security, Business Development, and the open-source community
