About the Role
You will manage the product development lifecycle from conception through launch, maintaining technical excellence and standard methodologies. You will gather data requirements, write technical specifications, prioritize roadmaps against commercial goals, and help engineers triage critical issues. You will analyze large datasets and present complex concepts and project updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years of financial-services experience in data product management or a technical track
- Solid understanding of data engineering and application development
- Experience with project-management software such as Jira or Azure DevOps
- Proficiency with data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI
- Basic knowledge of Python, Java, SQL, and Hadoop
- Strong organization and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Manage the development lifecycle from conception to launch
- Collect detailed data requirements and write technical specifications for developers
- Prioritize and align the roadmap with commercial goals
- Support engineers in triaging and prioritizing critical issues
- Analyze and interpret large datasets for decision-making
- Deliver presentations on complex concepts and project updates
