About the Role
You will define the Enterprise Intelligence strategy and roadmap, turn customer and market signals into product bets, and build proactive intelligence experiences. You will partner with engineering, design, data, go-to-market, and customer-facing teams to create workflows, dashboards, recommendations, and measurable products.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Experience shipping product areas in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI, analytics, or workflow platforms
- Ability to translate ambiguous problems into product experiences
- Interest in AI and enterprise software
- Technical fluency with structured and unstructured data, knowledge graphs, retrieval, or intelligence layers
- Ability to design user workflows and interaction models
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the Enterprise Intelligence product strategy and roadmap
- Research customer, prospect, and stakeholder use cases
- Build actionable workflows, dashboards, recommendations, and proactive experiences
- Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to scope products
- Define user flows, interaction patterns, quality standards, and measurable outcomes
- Prioritize customer needs, platform opportunities, and company priorities
- Collaborate with go-to-market, solutions, support, and forward-deployed teams
- Specify concrete workflows, UI behavior, and adoption paths
