About the Role
You will own the end-to-end prompt-to-agent experience. You will define AI-assisted development workflows, design human-in-the-loop controls, collaborate on model and evaluation infrastructure, and understand agent-builder needs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Experience working directly with large language models
- Experience shipping AI products
- Knowledge of frontier model capabilities, limitations, evaluation challenges, and non-deterministic UX
- Experience with 0→1 product development
- Technical depth in architecture, harness engineering, workspace isolation, and API design
Responsibilities
- Define AI-assisted agent development workflows
- Design human-in-the-loop approval flows, change review, and workspace isolation
- Collaborate on model selection, harness engineering, execution architecture, and evaluation infrastructure
- Understand the needs of CX managers, agent developers, and technical teams
