About the Role
You will design risk monitoring and risk-related solutions for crypto trading products, optimize risk-control rules, monitor system performance after launch, coordinate delivery across functions, and guide junior product managers in developing risk-control methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Product management experience
- Strong interest in trading, blockchain and finance
- Product design and project management knowledge
- Ability to discover user needs through data analysis
- Logical thinking and effective communication
- Cross-functional resource coordination experience
- Proactive and responsible work style
- Proficiency in English
- Chinese language skills are a bonus
- Experience designing or trading financial products preferred
- Experience with Excel, SQL and Python preferred
