About the Role
You will define and develop platform analytics capabilities for fraud detection, AML/CTF mitigation, and risk assessment. You will establish enterprise fraud and risk frameworks, monitor payment-industry threats and trends, and assess risks across issuing, acquiring, clearing, authorization, and merchant activation. You will collaborate with internal teams and ecosystem partners to deliver data-platform and insights products.
Requirements
- Payment risk and processing methods including card networks, ACH, checks, virtual cards, digital wallets, and international payments
- Compliance and KYC knowledge is a plus
- 7+ years of product management experience
- Experience developing vision and product roadmaps for large-scale data platforms and insights products
- Familiarity with large-scale unstructured data
- Experience with Tableau and Qlik
- Strong SQL and R/Python skills
- Hypothesis testing and experimentation including A/B testing
- Ability to manage strategy, execution, and operational activities
- Applied statistical knowledge
- Ability to present complex analyses and insights clearly
- Experience with descriptive and inferential statistics and basic prototype modeling
- BS in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or equivalent
- MS in Computer Science or MBA preferred
Responsibilities
- Define and develop core analytics capabilities for fraud detection, AML/CTF mitigation, and risk assessment
- Define enterprise fraud and risk frameworks and strategy using global best practices
- Monitor evolving threats, industry trends, and best practices in payment fraud, risk, and AML/CTF
- Assess issuing and acquiring risks and mitigation across payment clearing, authorization, and merchant onboarding and activation
