About the Role

You will own a growth-funnel metric across the mobile and web products, spanning activation, monetization, paywalls, pricing, and retention. You will run frequent experiments, identify user drop-off points, form hypotheses, interpret data, and ship changes that improve subscriber outcomes. You will partner on the transition from paid acquisition to product and determine which growth features should be built next.

Requirements

• Five to eight years of product-management experience with activation, monetization, or retention results
• Experience with recurring-revenue products
• Knowledge of SMB e-commerce seller buying behavior and utility SaaS adoption
• Knowledge of activation curves, paywall psychology, trial design, and pricing models
• Experience using Claude or an equivalent AI tool to automate recurring tasks
• SQL and analytics-platform experience, such as Amplitude or Mixpanel
• Experience personally shipping a high volume of A/B tests in the last 12 months
• Ability to operate autonomously in a small, fully remote async-first environment

Responsibilities

• Ship weekly A/B tests and larger feature bets based on data
• Identify user drop-off insights and ship improvements
• Partner on the handoff from paid acquisition to product
• Pull and interpret data, form hypotheses, and measure shipped work
