About the Role
You will define product strategy and roadmaps for institutional custody, brokerage, fees, and incentive programs. You will turn client requirements into delivered features, develop AI-enabled market and operational tools, build business cases, and coordinate complex product changes across internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Product management experience at a crypto exchange, custody provider, or in traditional finance collateral, tri-party, or CCP solutions
- Knowledge of counterparties, custody, execution, and settlement
- Understanding of institutional crypto-market liquidity dynamics
- Experience leading strategic business reviews and on-site requirement discovery
- Experience partnering with Sales, BD, and Relationship Management teams in a B2B institutional setting
- Ability to align senior stakeholders and drive execution
- Experience producing strategy documents, product plans, roadmaps, and executive presentations
- Experience influencing globally distributed teams
- Experience using AI tools for market research and product operations
- Current right to work in Hong Kong without requiring visa sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Define product direction and roadmaps for Custody OES
- Turn client and partner requirements into shipped features
- Grow the client and partner base
- Optimize operations through self-service portals and process automation
- Own fee schedules and incentive programs
- Build and evolve AI agents for competitor intelligence, liquidity analysis, fee simulation, rebate simulation, and program operations
- Build ROI-grounded business cases and quantify revenue and AUM impact
- Communicate strategy, progress, and trade-offs to leadership and institutional clients
- Partner with engineering, design, compliance, legal, operations, sales, and service providers
- Navigate multi-jurisdictional regulatory constraints
