About the Role

You coordinate market and customer research, collect and qualify user feedback, define roadmaps and priorities, write user stories and functional requirements, collaborate on UX and UI designs, support engineering during development, coordinate testing, prepare launch materials, and track post-launch metrics.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in product management or product ownership within an agile software development environment
• Knowledge of the product management lifecycle
• Ability to write clear user stories and define acceptance criteria
• Experience managing a tactical backlog
• Experience with data tools, analytics platforms, or data science use cases
• Understanding of data workflows and data science concepts
• Familiarity with LLMs, GenAI, AI agents, or plugin and extension ecosystems is a plus
• Organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Build market vision and understanding for the product portfolio
• Conduct targeted market reviews and customer insight exercises
• Run customer meetings to collect, document, and qualify feedback
• Coordinate customer outreach and feedback sessions
• Centralize the product roadmap and define priorities
• Write user stories and functional requirements
• Collaborate with the UX and UI team on wireframes and user flows
• Support engineering and technical product management teams during development
• Coordinate and execute test plans
• Prepare feature documentation, release notes, and internal product demos
• Implement and track KPIs and success metrics
