About the Role
You will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of brokerage products for Saudi and GCC markets. You will work on product requirements, market connectivity, regulatory alignment, partnerships, operational workflows, and Sharia-compliant offerings. You will translate customer and market insights into product improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or equivalent
- 5+ years of Product Management, Engineering, Consulting, or startup experience
- Experience or demonstrated interest in brokerage, capital markets, or fintech in Saudi Arabia or the GCC
- Understanding of the CMA regulatory framework, Tadawul market structure, and GCC capital markets
- Arabic and English written and verbal communication skills
- Business acumen and ability to assess stakeholder, technical, time, and budget tradeoffs
Responsibilities
- Own brokerage products for Saudi and GCC markets, including equities, Sukuk, ETFs, derivatives, and Sharia-compliant solutions
- Drive product strategy through ROI, competition, regulatory, and build-versus-buy analysis
- Contribute to the regional product roadmap
- Write product requirements and partner with engineers to deliver compliant products
- Improve brokerage operations, settlement, custody, and clearing workflows
- Lead customer calls and translate insights into product improvements
- Participate in engagements with regional regulators
- Report product status and results to stakeholders
- Collaborate with local operations teams on market-infrastructure integration
