About the Role
You will evaluate LLMs, define the LLM portfolio roadmap, manage inference and model-provider relationships, and set strategy for customer model experimentation. You will plan usage, cost, and capacity; enable customers; gather customer needs; prioritize roadmap work; and coordinate execution across functions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience at SaaS companies serving large enterprises
- Experience in AI/ML Ops and external-facing platform capabilities
- Technical background
- Experience with UX-driven and API-driven products
- Experience with third-party product partnerships
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Cross-functional collaboration
Responsibilities
- Evaluate LLM models
- Define the roadmap for the LLM portfolio
- Manage inference and model-provider relationships
- Define strategy for customer LLM experimentation
- Own LLM usage, cost, and capacity projections
- Drive customer enablement and upgrade adoption
- Develop product roadmap based on customer needs and product vision
- Coordinate with leadership and go-to-market stakeholders
