About the Role
You will discover user needs and turn complex philanthropy workflows into trusted AI-enabled products. You will scope, prototype, ship, evaluate, and scale internal and reusable tools; establish quality and responsible-deployment practices; and develop adoption support for donors, philanthropies, and nonprofits.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management or equivalent product-building experience
- Senior product leadership or broad individual-contributor experience
- Experience delivering zero-to-one products or workflows
- Technical fluency and ability to assess AI product feasibility
- Experience with complex operational domains, trust, privacy, or regulatory constraints
- Product discovery and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to communicate with technical and nontechnical audiences
Responsibilities
- Shape AI-native philanthropy products and operating models
- Discover high-leverage user needs across internal and external stakeholders
- Translate complex workflows into trusted products
- Build and iterate internal grantmaking, diligence, matching, knowledge, measurement, and deployment tools
- Identify reusable products, open-source projects, reference implementations, and shared infrastructure
- Partner with engineers and designers to prototype, ship, evaluate, and scale products
- Develop adoption, documentation, implementation guidance, training, and feedback systems
- Establish product quality, evaluation, and responsible deployment practices
