About the Role
You will own the self-serve product experience for SMB customers, define customer problems, and build and execute the roadmap. You will work with design, engineering, and researchers to ship AI-powered features, speak with sellers weekly, interpret data, form hypotheses, and measure outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Experience shipping multiple products
- Experience building B2B SaaS for self-serve customers
- Knowledge of self-serve growth, retention, and pricing
- Experience using Claude or an equivalent AI tool for prototyping, user testing, or automation
- Ability to interpret and challenge data
- Experience operating in small, high-autonomy teams
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the self-serve product roadmap
- Define user problems before selecting solutions
- Partner with design and engineering to ship product work
- Turn AI capabilities into product features
- Interview e-commerce sellers weekly and use feedback in roadmap decisions
- Pull and interpret data, form hypotheses, and measure shipped work
