About the Role
You will own a critical AI Driver work package from problem definition through delivery. You will set technical direction and priorities, lead cross-functional work, translate research and customer needs into a roadmap, communicate progress, and track KPIs and milestones.
Requirements
- Technical depth in AI, machine learning, autonomy, robotics, or a similar deep-tech domain
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Product management, technical program management, or similar experience on complex technical products
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Ability to make decisions with imperfect information
Responsibilities
- Own a substantial work package end-to-end
- Define problems, set strategy, sequence work, and deliver product outcomes
- Lead cross-functional engineers, researchers, and product managers
- Set technical direction and drive priorities
- Translate R&D progress and customer needs into a product roadmap
- Communicate with technical, executive, and customer audiences
- Set, track, and report KPIs and milestones
