About the Role

You will lead product strategy and execution for headless loyalty and advertising products. You will define detailed technical requirements for API-first features, design AI-powered capabilities using foundation models and AI agents, and partner with engineering and data science to deliver scalable, secure enterprise integrations. You will conduct enterprise client research, translate insights into precise specifications, and drive agile delivery workflows enhanced by AI tooling.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of product management experience with technical background and deep understanding of API-first and headless architecture patterns
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code and other AI-powered development tools
• Experience in rapid prototyping and AI-assisted product development for configurable, multi-tenant enterprise environments
• Knowledge of AI systems including foundation models, AI agents for reasoning and orchestration, and ML models for predictive analytics, personalization, and optimization
• Proven track record of launching B2B SaaS or platform products and writing technical requirements for APIs, SDKs, and AI/ML features
• Highly collaborative with strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of enterprise software environments including authentication, security, compliance, and integration patterns
• Strong analytical skills with product analytics tools and data-driven decision making using agile/scrum methodologies

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy for consumer-facing headless platform features leveraging AI-driven development tools
• Prioritize and direct development of configurable products supporting offers and rewards marketplace and complex client integrations
• Write detailed product requirements for API-first features optimized for AI coding tools
• Design and drive delivery of AI-powered features using foundation models, AI agents, and ML models for predictive analytics, personalization, and optimization
• Partner with engineering and data science to ensure enterprise scalability, security, and integration requirements are met
• Conduct enterprise client research and translate insights into technical specifications
• Drive agile development processes with emphasis on backwards compatibility, versioning, and enterprise deployment workflows
