About the Role

You will own and improve the investor onboarding experience from account creation through successful investment. You will map complex onboarding flows, integrate wallet interactions and funding methods, and design clear low-friction processes for regulated scenarios. You will work hands-on with engineering and design to deliver iterative improvements, validate changes with data and experimentation, and partner with operations and support to ensure internal tooling and processes enable a smooth investor experience. You will routinely test real scenarios, define success metrics, and prioritize work to reduce drop-off and speed time to invest.

Requirements

  • Practical familiarity with US financial services banking and investment products
  • Experience with US bank account integrations payments or financial onboarding flows
  • Working knowledge of blockchain crypto wallets and the crypto DeFi ecosystem including wallet interactions token transfers custody models and on-chain vs off-chain processes
  • 3–5+ years of product management or closely related experience in B2C or B2B2C digital products
  • Experience in fintech wealth management capital markets or digital asset tokenization platforms
  • Proven track record of owning end-to-end user journeys and improving them through data UX enhancements and experimentation
  • Ability to design clear low-friction flows for complex or regulated processes
  • Strong empathy for end users and ability to translate complexity into simple guided steps
  • Experience working closely with engineering design and operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to increase productivity (nice to have)
  • Previous work on KYC KYB (nice to have)
  • Background in A/B testing funnel analysis and behavioral analytics (nice to have)

Responsibilities

  • Own the investor onboarding journey from account creation through investment
  • Understand onboarding pain points and redesign flows to maximize clarity conversion and investor trust
  • Define and prioritize product requirements for funding flows document execution and allocation communications
  • Design and optimize onboarding flows to support diverse issuer requirements while maintaining coherence
  • Work with engineering and design to deliver iterative improvements validate with data and refine based on feedback
  • Partner with operations customer support and issuer-facing teams to align internal processes and tooling
  • Regularly test onboarding flows run real scenarios and identify friction or confusion
  • Define metrics for onboarding success and use them to drive prioritization
  • Advocate for the investor balancing issuer flexibility with a consistent high-quality experience
  • Understand complex product architectures adapt to changing conditions and drive the onboarding vision
