About the Role

You will work closely with the Business Development Team to support technical discussions from sales demonstrations to onboarding processes and account management. You will bridge the sales and technical teams to facilitate and deliver POC setup, give demos on SDK and API features, and respond to customers’ technical queries. You will focus on the Taiwan and APAC markets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer in B2B crypto blockchain or SaaS
  • Client facing experience is required
  • Experience with SDKs APIs and integrations
  • In depth understanding of distributed systems databases and developer tools
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate technical knowledge and terminology to both technical and non technical audiences
  • Confident direct and concise communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Postman or similar API tools
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript is a plus
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Experience in blockchain wallet infrastructure or custody is not mandatory but preferred
  • Degree in Engineering

Responsibilities

  • Respond to potential and existing customers’ technical queries
  • Deliver tailored demonstrations matching different client requirements
  • Understand and communicate wallet infrastructure requirements of potential clients
  • Provide in depth technical presentations on new and existing product features to clients
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Team and internal stakeholders across the sales process
  • Gather feedback from clients on product improvements and communicate findings to product and technical teams
  • Develop and maintain guides and other technical documentation with internal stakeholders
