About the Role
You will propose new products and features, prepare PRDs, and work closely with engineers to deliver products under tight deadlines. You will own the full product lifecycle and collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Business Development to ensure every launch succeeds. You will research emerging trends, turn insights into action, and monitor product performance data to adjust strategies and direction in a timely manner.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- 2+ years of crypto/DeFi experience
- Experience leading a team of product and UX designers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Ability to balance quality and execution speed, and long-term and short-term goals
- Strong communication and articulation skills; experience working in a cross-cultural environment
- Hands-on, results-driven, open-minded, and low ego
Responsibilities
