You will run experiments, conduct user research, and optimize the product to improve product-market fit. You will coordinate closely with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver measurable growth outcomes.
Requirements
- 3+ years in growth-focused roles within tech or startup environments
- Proven track record of driving product growth and improving key metrics
- Experience in product development and prioritizing feature roadmaps
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
- Experience with growth experiments, A/B testing, and user research
- Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven decision making
- Understanding of Typescript, NodeJS, React, and blockchain technologies is beneficial
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
