About the Role

You will own the marketing engine end-to-end: plan and execute campaigns, launches, and channel strategies; optimize the acquisition and activation funnel; run marketing operations including CRM and analytics; design and execute launch playbooks; manage growth channels and measure performance to drive measurable user and founder adoption.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in marketing leadership roles at fintech, SaaS, or web3 companies
  • Proven record of executing data-driven campaigns that drive growth and adoption
  • Deep understanding of founder and investor acquisition funnels
  • Hands-on operator comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Webflow, GA4, and campaign dashboards
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills
  • Native-level English and ability to write high-converting copy
  • Must be based on the US East Coast (NYC preferred) and authorized to work in the US
  • Position is for US Citizen or Permanent Resident

Responsibilities

  • Build, test, and scale demand generation and user acquisition strategies for founders and investors
  • Lead product marketing for the Investor App and Captable platform, including positioning, messaging, and launch execution
  • Own marketing operations including CRM, analytics, campaign tracking, and marketing stack optimization
  • Manage growth channels including email, SEO, community, social, paid, and partnerships with a focus on performance metrics
  • Design and run launch playbooks for product releases, integrations, and ecosystem partnerships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align storytelling with performance marketing
  • Hire, mentor, and manage a small team across content, growth, and design
  • Track KPIs and own the marketing funnel across awareness, activation, engagement, and retention
