About the Role
You will own financial controlling for the Banking Platform, collaborate with Product and Finance teams to build accounting flows, perform month-end close and reconciliations, manage audits, analyze platform activity and variances, optimize financial processes, and contribute to internal controls.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting
- Experience in Financial Services
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Analytical skills for process improvements and automations
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product, Operational Finance, Reporting, and Statutory Financial Controlling teams
- Build accounting flows for new products
- Act as the subject matter expert on financial products
- Perform month-end close activities and account reconciliations
- Report financial results
- Manage the audit process
- Analyze platform activity driving financial figures
- Contribute to variance analysis and analytical reviews
- Optimize and automate financial processes
- Contribute to the internal control framework
