About the Role

Own customer and business problems end to end behind blockchain infrastructure, shaping solutions, shipping them, measuring outcomes, and improving them in production across backend services, infrastructure workflows, developer experience, and customer-facing products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in backend, product, platform, or distributed-systems roles.
• End-to-end project ownership across discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, measurement, and iteration.
• Strong product sense connecting technical work to customer value, commercial impact, and measurable outcomes.
• Backend experience building production services, APIs, and integrations in a modern language.
• Understanding of distributed systems, asynchronous and event-driven architecture, and reliability trade-offs.
• Experience with a message broker or event-streaming tool such as NATS, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
• Experience designing, deploying, and operating services in Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Comfort with CI/CD, observability, and production ownership.
• Practical AI-native development workflow using coding, research, and debugging assistants.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Nice to have Go, infrastructure-as-code, blockchain RPC or node operations, Web3 infrastructure, self-service products, planning practices, customer collaboration, or usage-based product experience.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from problem definition through specification, build, rollout, measurement, and iteration.
• Turn customer and operational problems into clear plans and measurable outcomes.
• Build backend services, APIs, internal tools, and customer-facing capabilities for blockchain infrastructure.
• Identify reliability risks, scaling limits, friction, and missed opportunities, then drive fixes to production.
• Define and improve metrics including activation, adoption, provisioning time, deployment success, operational cost, incident frequency, support volume, and retention.
• Use AI across research, specifications, implementation, testing, and analysis while verifying its output.
• Collaborate across product, engineering, DevOps, support, and sales, communicating decisions and trade-offs clearly.
