About the Role
You will define the strategy and roadmap for internal HR and Finance systems, overseeing planning and execution across both product lines. You will lead cross-functional delivery, collect employee feedback, strengthen compliance and audit capabilities, and improve digitisation and automation. You will manage requirements, priorities, milestones, risks, and senior-leadership reporting.
Requirements
- Have 8+ years of product management experience.
- Have at least 3 years of experience simultaneously owning HR and Finance systems in a large organisation with 500+ headcount.
- Have deep knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Workday or SAP HCM and Finance systems such as ERP, reporting platforms, and automation tools.
- Understand enterprise data compliance, data security, and international regulatory frameworks.
- Have finance and accounting literacy, including financial statements, chart of accounts, and booking rules.
- Have experience building employee feedback loops and translating needs into product improvements.
- Have experience leading cross-functional projects across departments and time zones.
- Have team management experience for 3+ people.
- Be fluent in Chinese and English.
- Have a current right to work in Hong Kong without requiring visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for internal HR and Finance systems.
- Lead and grow a cross-functional team across HR, Finance, Engineering, Data Warehouse, and regional stakeholders.
- Collect, triage, and act on internal-user feedback across regions.
- Build enterprise capabilities for data privacy, regulatory compliance, and internal audits.
- Establish requirements management and delivery processes, including PRD ownership, prioritisation, and milestone tracking.
- Manage parallel projects, resolve risks, and report progress and key decisions to senior leadership.
- Track industry trends and improve system functionality, digitisation, and automation.
