About the Role
You will shape new features from concept through launch and create financial experiences that are clear and trustworthy. You will use AI to explore ideas and build functional prototypes, collaborate with engineers to bring polished interactions into production, evolve reusable design-system components, and use research, usability testing, and product data to improve what you ship.
Requirements
- Typically 6+ years of product design experience
- Experience shipping native iOS and/or Android products
- Meaningful contributions to a design system
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft, design reasoning, and contribution to finished products
- Ability to create functional prototypes
- Sound product judgment informed by user evidence and post-launch outcomes
- Ability to collaborate directly and provide specific feedback
Responsibilities
- Own the product experience from concept to launch
- Use AI to explore ideas and build functional prototypes
- Create coded prototypes and collaborate with engineers to bring them into production
- Refine microinteractions, motion, and visual polish
- Build reusable design-system components and interaction patterns
- Use research, usability testing, and product data to improve shipped products
