About the Role
You will design user experiences for robotic data-collection systems and collaborative software platforms. You will work directly with customers and technical partners to understand real workflows, develop concepts and prototypes, translate field learning into scalable product improvements, and iterate with users in industrial environments.
Requirements
- Experience owning complex end-to-end digital product spaces
- Ability to translate customer conversations into scalable product thinking
- Ability to understand complex technologies and articulate product solutions
- Ability to work in technical environments and prototype or contribute to code
- Experience designing for industrial, robotics, data-heavy, enterprise, or other complex technical domains
- Qualification as a U.S. person under applicable U.S. Government access requirements
Responsibilities
- Work directly with users at customer plants, forges, and shops
- Collaborate with robotics teams, product strategists, and engineers to understand workflows and constraints
- Develop an understanding of customer domains, mental models, workflows, and operational realities
- Use sketches, prototypes, diagrams, research, or code to align decisions
- Turn field learning and customer feedback into scalable product concepts
- Ship improvements and iterate based on field outcomes
- Improve product clarity, user empathy, and execution quality
