About the Role
You will direct technical strategy and governance for complex global accounts, align enterprise goals with product journeys, and influence executive stakeholders. You will define global TAM KPIs and service frameworks, lead at-risk account strategies, specify AI productivity tools, and shape product strategy using enterprise insights.
Requirements
- 10+ years of senior-level technical account management, enterprise architecture, or consulting experience
- Expert knowledge of cybersecurity architectures and risk management frameworks
- Experience operationalizing AI tools, LLMs, and predictive analytics
- Ability to design global service frameworks, KPIs, and delivery methodologies
- Deep knowledge of enterprise IAM, security governance, and multi-cloud infrastructure
- Experience driving technical enablement and talent strategy across large technical organizations
Responsibilities
- Direct technical strategy and governance standards for complex global accounts
- Align C-suite business vision with product capabilities and roadmap
- Define global TAM KPIs, service frameworks, and knowledge-sharing strategy
- Lead Get to Green strategies for at-risk global accounts
- Define requirements and functional scope for internal AI productivity tools
- Shape company-wide policy and product strategy from enterprise insights
- Represent Ping Identity at industry summits and executive briefings
