About the Role
You will build core enterprise platform systems and APIs for external creative tools. You will own multi-month, cross-team projects, turn ambiguous problems into iterative delivery plans, and translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable solutions. You will use system-health, reliability, observability, and monitoring metrics to evaluate and improve production systems.
Requirements
- Have at least 7 years of software engineering experience at senior or staff level
- Build and operate systems at scale
- Demonstrate expertise in software development and system design
- Have experience with enterprise-grade systems such as security, compliance, data handling, access control, multi-tenant systems, or platform services
- Own production systems, including observability, incident response, and reliability improvements
- Work across teams and functions to drive technical initiatives end-to-end
