About the Role
You will design, build, release, and support high-quality software solutions for crypto trading. You will develop high-performance algorithms and product features, optimize low-latency systems and PostgreSQL databases, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor junior engineers. You will help deliver reliable, scalable cloud-based services using modern engineering practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
- At least 10 years of software engineering experience
- Experience designing and developing low-latency systems
- Modern Java expertise using zero-GC patterns
- WebSocket and FIX protocol knowledge
- Ultra-low-latency design and system optimization
- PostgreSQL schema design, SQL development, and query tuning
- API, distributed-system, asynchronous-worker, and messaging-service experience
- Microservice architecture and cloud deployment knowledge
- Agile methodology knowledge
- Version control experience
- Cryptocurrency experience
Responsibilities
- Design and implement technology solutions for digital-asset trading
- Develop high-performance trading and crypto-trading algorithms
- Write code for product features
- Design APIs, distributed systems, asynchronous workers, and messaging services
- Build and optimize PostgreSQL databases
- Troubleshoot application and database performance issues
- Apply continuous integration and continuous deployment practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Guide junior team members on technology
